As part of our inventory of our specialist processing technology, we have two purpose designed autoclaves. The largest one measures 6.6m in length with a 2.8m internal diameter. Our other Autoclave measures 3m in length and has a 1.5m internal diameter.

Our plant list also includes a large capacity 2.4 cubic metre oven, plus a similar sized freezer.

Our in-house vacuum forming plant (ZMD HD 300 5ft x 4ft platform and ZMD HD300 3ft x 3ft platform).

In addition, we also have a 75m² clean room, purpose built with a monitored and maintained environment to house all our inspection equipment
