Since 2006, Hollygate Aircraft Components has provided specialist machining of safety-critical components for aerospace and defence applications with its range of 3, 4 and 5 axis CNC machines.
Our strategically-focused capabilities deliver both soft and hard-metal prismatic machining solutions, whilst we specialise in the machining of titanium and currently supply various applications.
Alongside our strategic capabilities, AOG, UOR and Fast Track tactical work is also undertaken, all produced with a constant eye for detail, consistently meeting the most stringent quality standards in the industry.
Our manufacturing capability includes 15 CNC machine tools, all with automated tool change capability and multi-pallet capacity - improving lead-times and all helping provide better value to our customers.
In support of our machining capabilities we have three temperature-controlled CMMs accredited to NADCAP standards.
Engineering Support
Hollygate Aircraft Components offer dedicated engineers to support customers’ manufacturing requirements. We use the latest software, cutting technology and work-handling to support our manufacturing techniques and offer competitive solutions.
The vast experience within Hollygate enables us to provide strategic, AOG and fast track prototyping services which have served a number of industries over the years including aerospace, marine and automotive.
